In 2019, I was a complete Novice at my place of work. Heck! I didn’t even know the basics of using an Excel spreadsheet effectively not to talk of understanding what makes a good product. I was employed first as sales personnel and next as a Sales support staff to help in the daily operations and running of the company’s product. My first shot at understanding what product management is was when I was tasked with gathering Sales experience with Customers on the field using our product and right there, I understood that it is a continuous iteration process of making your end users satisfied. I continued with this and graduated into Product training and one day, a colleague said to me, “Grace, have you tried delving into Product Management?
